Greetings.  Since my retirement in 2005 from the Ventura County Public Defender , I have maintained a solo practice with an emphasis on litigation involving serious criminal cases and criminal appeals.  If your case is a routine criminal matter, I will likely refer you to other  trusted private criminal attorneys or the public defender.  I do not charge for a telephone consultation.  I am presently limiting my practice to serious cases or those presenting an opportunity to prevent or correct a miscarriage of justice.
